Processing Time All pieces are handmade to order with care. Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be crafted and prepared for shipment. During high-demand periods (holidays, launches), processing may take up to 10 business days.
Shipping Rates & Delivery We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
- Standard Shipping (US): 5–8 business days
- International Shipping: 10–21 business days depending on destination
Free standard shipping is available on US orders over $75.
International Orders We ship worldwide!
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Items We package every piece with care, but if your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us at angelavasquezart8@yahoo.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with you to make it right.
Handmade Note Each piece is individually crafted, so slight variations in color, texture, or finish are a natural part of the handmade process — not a defect. This is what makes your piece one of a kind.
